Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy for Alpha Meta

Alpha Meta is committed to preventing the use of its services for money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities. By implementing a robust AML policy, we aim to maintain the highest standards of compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.

Alpha Meta has designated a Compliance Officer who is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the AML policy. The Compliance Officer's duties include monitoring the company’s compliance with AML legal standards and liaising with relevant regulatory bodies.

Reporting: The Compliance Officer is responsible for reporting suspicious activity to the appropriate regulatory body as required by law.

Regular AML training will be provided to all employees to ensure they are aware of the risks and the procedures necessary to mitigate these risks. Training sessions will be conducted at least annually or as needed to reflect changes in legislation.

When using third-party services to process payments or conduct checks, Alpha Meta will ensure these services are compliant with AML regulations and that they have adequate policies and procedures in place.
