Terms and Conditions for Alpha Meta

1. Introduction Welcome to Alpha Meta. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our yacht charter services, including one-time charter bookings and subscription package usage, specifically covering our new Sound Bath experiences. By booking a charter with us or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Charter Bookings

Reservations: All charters must be booked and confirmed with full payment of the total charter fee. The balance is due no later than 24 hours upon the issuance of the sales invoice. Unconfirmed bookings due to non-payment may be offered to other customers.
Rescheduling:

Due to weather conditions AND as advised by the Captain, rescheduling is free of charge.
More than 14 days before the charter: Free of charge.
7 to 14 days before the charter: $50 change fee.
Less than 7 days before the charter: $100 change fee.

Cancellations:

More than 30 days before the charter: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
14 to 30 days before the charter: 50% refund of the total charter fee.
Less than 14 days before the charter: No refund.

3. Subscription Packages

Purchases: Subscription packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Usage: Subscription hours must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused hours will not be carried over to the next subscription period.
Booking: Subscribers must book charter times at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Priority booking is available for Premium and Exclusive Tier subscribers.
Cancellations by Subscribers:

More than 14 days before the charter: No penalty, hours recredited to the account.
Less than 14 days before the charter: 50% of hours will be deducted from the package.

4. General Terms

Safety: All guests must follow safety instructions from the crew at all times. The captain has the right to terminate the charter without a refund if safety instructions are not followed.
Weather and Sea Conditions: Charters may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, as determined by the captain. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be offered.
Liability: Alpha Meta is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the charter. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Minors: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Captain reserves the right to restrict minors from participating in any activity deemed unsafe.
Alcohol and Drugs: No illegal drugs may be brought aboard the yacht. Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted.

5. Special Conditions

Holiday Surcharges: A surcharge of 20% applies to charters booked on the eve of and during public holidays.
Any additional services requested (e.g., catering, decorations) will be billed separately and are subject to these terms.Additional Charges:
Vendors: Alpha Meta reserves the right to refuse onboarding any vendor contracted by the customer or agent.

6. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected from clients is used only for booking and managing charters and is not shared with third parties without consent.

7. Amendments Alpha Meta reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
